By accessing hasstechapi.com or any product in the HassTech Suite (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

The HassTech Suite is operated by HassTech LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("HassTech," "we," "us"). The public catalog currently includes:

3. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Services is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, copy, and trademarks comprising the Services are owned by HassTech LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers, No Warranty, and Assumption of Risk

THE SERVICES, SOFTWARE, DOWNLOADS, DOCUMENTATION, RESEARCH SUMMARIES, AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” YOU USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASSTECH LLC AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, CURRENT, COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR DEVICE OR OTHER SOFTWARE, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

You are responsible for evaluating suitability, verifying downloads, maintaining backups, protecting your devices and data, following applicable workplace or school policies, and knowing how to stop or remove software before use. Early Access and experimental features may change, fail, produce incorrect results, affect display behavior, or stop working with operating-system, driver, hardware, browser, model, API, or third-party-service changes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASSTECH LLC, ITS MEMBERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR USE; DEVICE OR SOFTWARE DAMAGE; SERVICE INTERRUPTION; OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS MAY OCCUR.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID HASSTECH LLC FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY, WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
