1. Who we are
HassTech LLC ("we," "us") is a Michigan limited liability company. This Policy covers hasstechapi.com (the marketing hub) and applies to the umbrella company. Each product in the HassTech Suite may have additional, more specific privacy notices.
2. What we collect on this site
The marketing hub at hasstechapi.com is a static site. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on it.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, response code — for security, abuse prevention, and capacity planning. We do not link these logs to any identity.
3. What we collect when you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message via our email provider. We use this to respond and to maintain a record of correspondence. We do not add you to any marketing list without explicit opt-in.
4. Other products in the Suite
HT Calc, HT Meter, HT Folio, NeuronScope, and Resume each handle their own data per their own purposes. Where those products are gated by basic authentication or invite, only the named recipient has access. Reach out for product-specific privacy details.
5. Cookies
The marketing hub does not set cookies. Individual Suite products may set strictly necessary cookies (e.g., session cookies for basic authentication); those are documented in each product.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only as required by law, to protect rights, or with service providers acting on our behalf under a confidentiality obligation (e.g., hosting, email).
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing algasid7e@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. International transfers
The Services are operated from the United States. By using them you consent to processing in the U.S.
10. Changes
If this Policy materially changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, post a notice.
