1. Acceptance
By accessing hasstechapi.com or any product in the HassTech Suite (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
The HassTech Suite is operated by HassTech LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("HassTech," "we," "us"). The Suite currently includes:
- HT Calc — public, free.
- HT Meter — beta, currently free, gated by basic authentication.
- HT Folio — private beta, invite-only.
- NeuronScope — private research; outputs shared by request.
- Resume — private; access shared with named recipients only.
Availability, pricing, and features may change without notice. Beta and private products are provided as-is for evaluation.
3. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Services is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, copy, and trademarks comprising the Services are owned by HassTech LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Calculations, AI usage estimates, and analytical outputs are informational only and are not professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASSTECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
