This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to hasstechapi.com and every product in the HassTech Suite. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
1. You may not
- Use the Services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Send spam, phishing attempts, malware, or any unsolicited commercial communication.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data — including but not limited to brute-forcing basic-auth gates, exploiting vulnerabilities, or evading rate limits.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish content at scale, or train machine-learning models on the Services without prior written permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute access to the Services.
- Interfere with the Services' availability — including denial-of-service attempts, automated traffic floods, or resource-exhaustion patterns.
- Use the Services to generate, store, or distribute illegal, defamatory, infringing, or sexually exploitative content.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
2. Security research
Good-faith security research is welcome. Coordinate disclosure by emailing security@hasstechapi.com before performing any test that could affect availability, integrity, or other users.
3. Reporting abuse
If you encounter conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to support@hasstechapi.com. Include URLs, timestamps (UTC), and any relevant context.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant data, share information with law enforcement when required, and revoke access at our sole discretion. Violators may be liable to HassTech LLC for resulting damages.
