Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

HassTech LLC ("we," "us") is a Michigan limited liability company. This Policy covers hasstechapi.com (the marketing hub) and applies to the umbrella company. Each product in the HassTech Suite may have additional, more specific privacy notices.

2. What we collect on this site

The marketing hub at hasstechapi.com is a static site. We do not run our own analytics scripts or advertising trackers. The Night Light support section embeds a third-party Buy Me a Coffee checkout.

When the support widget loads, your browser connects to Buy Me a Coffee and its payment providers, which receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Information you enter in checkout is handled by those providers; HassTech's website does not collect your card details. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard server logs - IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, response code - for security, abuse prevention, and capacity planning. We do not link these logs to any identity.

3. What we collect when you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message via our email provider. We use this to respond and to maintain a record of correspondence. We do not add you to any marketing list without explicit opt-in.

4. Other products in the Suite

HT Calc, HT Studio, HT LLM Marketplace, HT Meter, and HT Folio each handle their own data per their own purposes. Personal profile and review surfaces are direct-link-only surfaces, not public catalog entries. Where products or review surfaces are gated by basic authentication, invite, or access-controlled review, only the named recipient has access. Reach out for product-specific privacy details.

5. Cookies

The marketing hub itself does not set cookies. The embedded support checkout and its payment providers may use cookies or browser storage for checkout, authentication, and fraud prevention. Individual Suite products document their own cookies separately.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only as required by law, to protect rights, or with service providers acting on our behalf under a confidentiality obligation (e.g., hosting, email).

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@hasstechapi.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. International transfers

The Services are operated from the United States. By using them you consent to processing in the U.S.

10. Changes

If this Policy materially changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, post a notice.
